Tournament Training 2 

Tournament Training 2 is for performance players ages 9 – 13 who are participating in Sectional Level USTA tournaments. Players must be committed to a full tournament schedule. This clinic is for players who have the desire to compete on the National Level and have aspirations and ability to play at the collegiate level. Participants will play on 78 ft courts.

Girls Recommended UTR 3.0-4.9*/Boys Recommended UTR 4-5.99*

Recommended training for players in Tournament Training 2:

• Play L5 – L8 USTA tournaments in their age group
• 1 – 2 hrs a day, 4 – 5 times a week
• 10 hrs on court per week
• 1 hr private lesson per week
• 1-3 hr of fitness per week
• 30 min of strategy/mental training per week
• 30 min of yoga and stretching per week
• 10 – 15 tournaments per year
• 25 tournament matches per year

Friday 8:00pm – 10:00pm

Saturday 1:30pm – 3:30pm
