Programs are located at schools and recreation centers throughout Philadelphia and Camden. Summer Opportunities
Join Legacy Youth Tennis and Education for seven weeks of fun in our National Junior Tennis and Learning (NJTL) program. NJTL serves over 1,400 children age 7-17 at 40 sites in Philadelphia, PA; Camden, NJ; and Chester, PA. Positions are available for part-time or full-time employment for those 14 and up. All candidates much have a background in tennis and a desire to work with youth in an outdoor, recreational setting. Click on the positions for more details and to apply.
The Site Manager/Head Coach is responsible for overall management of a site including tennis and education instruction, leadership, staff oversight and training, administration, transportation and communications.
Under the direct supervision of the Site Manager/Head Coach, Assistant Instructors assist on and off the court. This position is for those 18 and older.
Under the direct supervision of the Site Manager/Head Coach, Junior Instructors assist on and off the court. This is a paid training position for high school students age 14-18. Junior Instructors will gain valuable experience by learning under the direction of the Site Manager/Head Coach.

Candidates must bring a high level of competency, motivation to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and the ability to learn and grow professionally. More importantly, candidates must share a passion for young people. This paid internship is a prime opportunity for ambitious individuals to gain experience in the non-profit sector, hone professional skills and contribute to a compelling mission. Preference will be given to those who have meaningfully participated in or volunteered with our program.
